Creativity And Innovation

Creativity is the nature of creating something new, concept or method. Innovation is using creativity to enhance people, team or organization creativity and innovation are the key of success for a person who wants to be creative. To innovate is intentionally let go of the way things are and welcome the way they could be. Whatever creative idea you have don't doubt it just go for it, to be successful. It seems easy to innovate something new just that you need to have developing skills and be a good thinker to be creative. Creating new product with a set of practical methods, tools and framework you can design the way you lead, manage, create and innovate. Design is the action of bringing something new and where you will solve the problem of the specific product that you are creating.

Creative Thinking

Being creative needs thinking! A way of looking at the problems and situation from a fresh perspective and when you judge your ideas and efforts. Being creative you must also be a critical thinker they develop an argument and use evidence yo support the argument to solve the problem. You don't need to have qualifications you just need to think out of the box and do some questionnaires to have some opinions from other people about the thinking you have made of being creative. Design thinking is at a core of effective strategy development and organizational change.

Visual Artist

As visual artist are creative people they inspire many people who are interested to be creative. There are art forms such as painting, drawing and sculpture it influences and reflects its world around us, and as the world changes so form does change. In South Africa visual arts focused on political resistance and become a vehicle of human rights abuses. The meaning of the art forms sculpture is that its a three dimensional artwork created by shaping or combining hard materials like books and woods. Painting practice of applying pigment suspend in a carrier and a binding agent to a surface to support. Drawing making a image using any variety tools ad techniques. I was inspired by Wim Botha a visual artist who grew up in a drowsy suburban who is creative by making sculptures using hard cover books, bibles, newspaper and wood to create a sculpture.

Creativity Is Subtraction

The first thing to use in ideas generation techniques you must have logical steps to follow your ideas. Subtracting something from someone work that appears to be absolutely necessary then apply the remaining challenges of that you can not use direct words or use the same thing as the artist that you have took its work to subtract. Creativity techniques requires some thinking, to subtract you should have a planning on how creative you should be, if you don't believe on what you have subtracted then you will never be able to see and develop new ideas of subtracting creative process. An example of a person who excels in subtracting creative process is Austin Kleon. He has the ability to drill down and develop new ideas through subtracting. "Steal like an artist" tells you how to steal from an artist. In order to be able to subtract you need to fool yourself and believe in yourself to get into the bright ideas.

Creativity

Creative people are intelligent and fun some people don't believe in creativity, but in order to succeed at it and know creativity happens automatically, you don't have experience or be a rock science to be a creative person you just have to think out of the box. I chose three artist they inspires me when it comes to creativity.

Being able to design shows creativity, were as fashion designers have various original ideas that they come up with. They get to design items of clothing for a wide range of retailers in every season they innovate new themes of clothing and choose samples whether to use which kind of material and colour that would match with the theme. As young people are into fashion too much they get to put designers in pressure and they have to work as a team for their creativity to become successful. Designers develop creativity and strengths to become unique.
